Luxury Chalets

Our five air-conditioned private chalets are clean and spacious with either a king-size bed or two single beds. The chalets can be arranged to accommodate two adults and two small children. Each chalet has a private bathroom with a shower. All linens, soaps and shampoos are provided. Bottled water, tea, coffee and a fruit basket are included and replenished daily. Electrical service is 220 volts. If your equipment runs on 110 volts you will need a converter. Most modern cell phone and laptop chargers are capable of handling 220 volts.

Meals are provided in our “boma” area (an open pavilion/veranda) where the relaxed atmosphere allows everyone a view of the campfire while they share stories of the days’ hunt. Great South African wine and beer compliment a full bar.

The farm has a swimming pool, pool table and a game area with a television. We do cater to the softer side of our guests at our spa, with massages, manicures, pedicures, facials... etc in a fully equipped Spa.

Luxury Tented Camp

Luxury tented camp where self-catering is an option, with all equipment and facilities required available. 6 tents, with 2 beds each, surround a central fireplace. Separate ablution facilities for men and women as well as a well equipped kitchen tent complete the circle of tents. Each tent has an electrical outlet. Enough firewood is made available to ensure you can sit around the warm fire till late into the night, completing the hunting experience.

General Information

No visas are required to travel to South Africa but you will need a valid passport. Nyalarus Game Farm is not in a malaria zone so no special vaccinations are required. Should you wish to travel elsewhere on the African continent, please be aware of the requirements for the specific countries you plan to visit.

Your safari starts on the day of your arrival and ends on the date of departure. Upon arrival at the farm you will be required to sign an indemnity form and pay the balance of your daily rate charges if you have not done so. Prior to your departure you will need to settle your account in full. All payment must be in cash or traveler’s checks. Payment made with travelers checks carry a 3% surcharge. Credit cards are accepted as well as EFT for local Hunters.

Archery equipment does not require a permit to be transported into or around South Africa. It is advisable to transport you bow in a TSA approved lockable case.
